Product Design & Sampling

A key account manager will handle your enquiry and design a variety of bespoke products to meet your project’s requirements. Our experienced team are available in person, or over the phone, to discuss the most popular solutions, as well as new innovations, and tailor them to your application.

Sampling is all handled within our UK manufacturing facility to get your product, in your hands, as quickly as possible.

Order Handling

Your dedicated account manager will process your order and ensure manufacturing is accurate, quality checked and on time at each point of production. Regular updates are provided to keep you up to date on your products progress.

Transport & Logistics

Your account manager will work alongside you to understand your handling capabilities; bale, bundle and pallet quantities can be organised into amounts that suit you. Our account managers have proven experience in logistics and work closely with our carriers to track, monitor and report back on your order status.
