Order Tracking
All orders can be tracked using the details found in your despatch email. In this email you will find tracking details for either DPD or TPN - for orders going to the Highlands, Islands & beyond a specialist carrier is used who does not provide tracking details. Delivery Conditions
- Highlands may include a delivery Surcharge
- We cannot deliver to a PO Box or unmanned delivery address
- Delivery is between approx 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)
- Your delivery address must be manned during these times & easily accessible
- No height, weight or width restriction for Heavy Goods Vehicles
- Larger orders (especially Filled Sandbags) are heavy & delivered on 1 tonne pallets by large trucks (with tail lift if requested) please ensure you are capable of handling before ordering.
- The driver cannot phone to give advanced warning & will not leave your order without a signature.
- Please double check your delivery address before making payment - it cannot be changed after your order has been dispatched without incurring a surcharge.
